Monthly Treatment of - Rodent, Fly, Mosquitos with extensive Spray/Mist/Fogging with oil / water based chemicals

DDA RELATED

  • Establishing process with DDA to consult RWA on Contract specifications, terms & payment conditions before awarding any contract from our Maintenance Fund lying with DDA​

  • Scrutiny of Account statement of all interest income & expenditures incurred by DDA from Society Maintenance Fun

SERVICE PROVIDERS RELATED

  • Capping of Maximum Charges levied by Car Cleaners, Ironing of Clothes, Newspaper Distribution, Scrap dealers, House Maids

  • Close Coordination with Shopkeepers, Property Dealers, Clinics, Beauty Parlors, Hawkers, Tuition & Recreational Classes for their smooth operations for greater interest of Residents; [Example: Earmarking of Designated Places for Flex Boards,  size limit of boards at Flats]

WELFARE OF WORKERS

  • Clean Toilets for staff, housemaids​

  • Monetary (through fund raising) & Non Monetary Help (Education) to The people belonging  to underprivileged class serving the the Society

  • Issuance & Renewal of Temporary Passes for Labors & Temporary workers & Permanent ID Cards for Identified Vendors, Staff & Other service providers

SENIOR CITIZENS RELATED

Social Security for Senior Citizens in providing assistance for work related to Local Police Station & Emergency Health, fire & theft situations
